The new Digital Government Strategy aims to make #Australia a world-leading digital government

Stuart Robert – the Minister for Employment, Workforce, Skills and Family Business – presented the Morrison Government’s plan to become a global leader in #digitalgovernment.

The Minister said he will drive an initiative to speed up the #digitalisation process, making sure that the initiative is focused on people’s needs as opposed to government structures.

Also, the government has announced a refocus for the DTA (Digital Transformation Agency).

It has moved the Digital Transformation Agency to the central portfolio of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

This agency is tasked with providing strategic advice, oversight, and assurance for the government’s entire #digitalestate.
