#Singapore launches national #AI schemes and adds $133M investment to research
The government has unveiled two new programs to drive #artificialintelligence in the #government and financial services sectors, respectively.
It also plans to invest $133.31 million in its national research and #innovation strategy to tap the #technology in critical areas, such as #healthcare and #education.
The goal is for Artificial Intelligence to be integrated into applications that can be deployed across all the #publicsector.
The government has highlighted artificial intelligence text analytics as another focus area, where it hopes to tap technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) to decipher the information better.
