Local and state governments in the #US move quickly toward more #digitalpayments

Many cities around the US have embraced digital payments for different municipal bills.

Even though they were unprepared at first with logistics that relied on face-to-face interactions, they were soon forced to find alternative ways to pay.

Even though we can say that somehow the world is returning “back to its normal state” pre-pandemic, some things seem to stay the same.

Citizens have not only adopted self-serve #onlinechannels but most of them choose to continue to pay taxes that way going forward.

However, there is still work to be done if these governments want to make digital payments even more popular among the public.
