Almost all transactions between citizens and national agencies can now be done digitally in Singapore

In 2020, the country set out to make most of our government services available online – offering 95% of digital services by 2023.

According to Minister for Communications and Information Josephine Teo:

“Today, 99% of all transactions between citizens and the government may be performed digitally from start to finish, at any time and from any location.”

One of the latest services digitalised is the Singapore Courts website, which consolidates information across the Supreme Court, the State Courts and the Family Justice Courts.

However, not all services can be digitalised due to legislative constraints or because digital services are not fully inclusive to all segments of the population.
