Citizens now expect public services to be as seamless and user-friendly as commercial offerings.

Furthermore, government agencies are seeing the benefits of collaborating across departments – including with citizens and businesses – to meet these demands.

By opening up data and sharing platforms and resources, agencies can innovate faster and improve services for citizens at a lower cost.
