The timetable for investment in #digitalhealth

The Italian Minister of Health and Minister for Technological Innovation and Digital Transition announced the Italian government’s intent to invest in digital health.

These investments are part of the Italian Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) which the European Council approved in July 2021.

The Italian government plans to invest €15.63 billion in the healthcare sector under the RRP.

Some of the fields where the funds will focus are:

Healthcare data infrastructure
Telemedicine platform
Telemedicine services
