The move towards an increasingly #digital and global society is inevitable, and the expectations of the government – and its citizens – will change as a result.

Technology is advancing at an ever-increasing rate.

But one of the most important questions today is not what #technology can do but how it will affect the ability of governments to provide adequate services to the communities they are responsible for.

People expect their representatives to be “closer”, always available and able to help them and be accountable for their actions.
